There is a lot to learn to become a productive chef and of course there is room for improvement. This means that at any point in your cooking cycle, there is a good chance that someone somewhere will cook worse or better than you personally. Take advantage of that, because even the most competent people have bad days when cooking. There are a number of people who cook for different reasons. Some cook to consume and live, while others cook because they really enjoy the process of consumption. Some cook in moments of emotional shock, others out of boredom. No matter your reason for cooking or learning to cook, you should always start with the basics.
Healthy cooking isn't an overnight change; It's a lifestyle change that really needs to be implemented step by step. You don't have to go into your kitchen and every little thing that you consider "unhealthy" is just to never buy these items after use. Make wiser decisions when purchasing carbohydrates for meal prep, and you may find that you have taken a very important step in the process of incorporating healthy eating and cooking habits into your home.
