Ingredients and seasonings for pumpkin and cheese salad:
- 1/4 pumpkin kaboka
- 1/2 small onion
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

- 1 pinch dry parsley (optional)
Steps to make pumpkin and cheese salad with pot
- Remove the seeds from the kaboka squash. Cut the onion into thin slices, massage with a pinch of salt, rinse with water and squeeze out excess water.
- Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and peel. Place chopped cabbage in a microwaveable plastic container, cover with water, drain and microwave for 4 minutes. Bake gently with a piece of baguette.
- Spoon pumpkin and add onion and mayonnaise and stir while hot.
- Add the pumpkin squash to the cheese before it cools and mix well. Arrange them with salt and pepper.
- Stir well and cool. Place on a serving plate. Garnish with parsley or onions, if desired (you can skip this).
