How to make crispy avocado and grapefruit slices with peanut sauce (vegan)
- Prepare the peanut sauce: Pour the hot water into a bowl and add the peanut butter spoon by spoon.
- When it becomes smooth and creamy, add the soy sauce and hot sauce. Mix well.
- To fry the pasta, heat the oil to about 170 ° C.
- Break the pasta into boiling oil, fry it until crisp, then drain and pat dry on absorbent paper.
